Due to changing technology and today’s highly competitive and sometimes confusing market place we have employed the services of a permanent Branch Technical Officer, who’s job is to provide ongoing support to our Technician’s and Sales Consultant which in turn allows them to provide you, the customer with quality and service.

Our Branch Technical Officer is in constant contact with the industry’s suppliers so when a new product or service is released he is able to do his research and determine if it is a product we would be confident in adding to our Approved Products List and offering it to our customers.

We are flexible in our approach to meeting your specific needs, but determined not to have our flexibility restricted to one system or manufacturer, and in saying that we are not prepared to compromise product quality to achieve flexibility, this is why we have established our own Approved Product’s List.
